Raspberry Buttermilk Muffins


2 cups Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Mix 1 cup Almond Milk 1 egg 2 mashed bananas 1/4 cup coconut oil 1/4 cup honey (sweatener of choice I use Wasatch Nectar) Dash of cinnamon 1 tbl ground flax seed

Raspberries for topping 1 scoop protein powder (I use Gnarly Nutrition vanilla whey)


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Use a coconut oil spray to coat muffin pan. Mash up bananas Mix all wet ingredients into large bowl then add dry. mix together. Pour mixture into muffin pan (3/4 full) and top with a few raspberries. Bake for 14-17 min or until lightly brown. EAT EAT AND ENJOY :)


Store in refrigerator in air tight container and whip out and throw in backpack for a mid-hike snack!
